As a Journeyman Line Worker, you will perform advanced and highly skilled work in the construction, maintenance, operation, and repair of overhead and underground electric transmission and distribution systems. You'll play a critical role in ensuring reliable electric service while working within a strong safety culture that values teamwork, professionalism, and service.

Salary Range: $103,168.00 ($49.60/HR) - $114,483.20 ($55.04/HR).

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a certified line worker apprenticeship program (8,000 hours)
- Four (4) years of journey-level line worker experience with rubber glove experience
- Valid Class A CDL driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Minnesota State Journeyman Lineman License
- Experience with municipal, cooperative, or investor-owned utilities
