MPUA, a collaborative effort of community-owned utility organizations in Missouri, stands as a unified force in the municipal utility landscape since its inception in 1998. Specializing in electric, natural gas, water, wastewater, and broadband utilities, MPUA thrives on a vision of strength and versatility. This partnership, comprising the Missouri Electric Commission, the Missouri Gas Commission, the Missouri Association of Municipal Utilities, and the MPUA Resource Services Corporation, works intimately with lineworkers, engaging them in diverse projects within the utility industry. The MPUA Board of Directors, comprised of thirteen members from these organizations, collectively approves integrated budgets, ensuring a seamless provision of services that directly benefit lineworkers and empower municipal utilities across Missouri.
