Company Overview:

Champion Personnel is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers for our client located in Aurora, Ohio. Our client designs and manufactures best-in-class power quality products including Static Transfer Switches, Power Distribution Units and Remote Power Panels.

Position Overview:

A Mechanical Assembler will follow drawings and utilize various hand and power tools to assemble metal cabinets. Person will be bending, kneeling and climbing to install screws, nuts, wiring and panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal frames
• Attaching doors to frames
• Install shelving units
• Secure nuts, bolts and rivets using hand and power tools
• Perform visual inspections
• Follow detailed instructions for assembly

Requirements:

• Previous assembly experience
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 40lbs. regularly
• Excellent eyesight and hand/eye coordination
• Not afraid to climb step ladders as needed.

Additional Details:

• Shift available: 1st- 6am to 2:30pm M-F
• Starting pay is based on experience. $19+ per hour.
